Who they are
The Crusher and the Saw are fought in the Giant's Lair on Mount Soulrend, the last region before the ending. The silver trophy "Saw It Through" is "Defeat the Saw and the Crusher"; the retail name bar puts the names the other way round, "The Crusher and the Saw", and PowerPyx's title follows the name bar. KeenGamer lists two phases and a drop of the Bonesaw main weapon, plus the Baishan Headband if the side tale "Cui" has been finished first.
Phase one
In PowerPyx's capture (Oct 30, 2026) the name bar "The Crusher and the Saw" is on screen from 0:25. The arena is a frozen lake walled by blue ice. At 0:45 a giant beast in white fur fills the frame, hauling a cracked red iron ball on a chain; purple and white arcs of light trail behind Soul's weapon as he strikes. The HUD shows Soul carrying three status icons through the phase. The first name bar lasts to about 2:00.
Phase two: the Earthshattering Form
From about 2:05 the name bar reads "The Crusher, Earthshattering Form" and the fight is against the Crusher alone, now a dark armoured figure with a long braid who swings the same red iron ball on its chain (2:30). The second name bar is on screen to about 3:55, and the capture ends on the loot screen with Weapon Soul Tempering Materials at 3:55. Attack notes are added once a written guide for this fight is available.
Where the fight sits
In KeenGamer's route the Giant's Lair is the first boss arena of Mount Soulrend, after the Mirage Estate and the fifth Long Pillar; Leng Tu, Herald of the Veil, and then Meng Hua, the Merciful Lady of the Blossom Veil, the final boss of the normal ending, follow it. PowerPyx's recap in the Meng Hua video runs through the same order. The Bonesaw it drops is the last of the main weapons on KeenGamer's list before the ending weapons, The Lady's Fan and Aureate.
Drops
The Bonesaw (main weapon) and, with the "Cui" tale done first, the Baishan Headband (KeenGamer). In PowerPyx's capture (Oct 30, 2026) the name bar reads "The Crusher and the Saw" from 0:25 and "The Crusher, Earthshattering Form" from 2:05; at 3:40 Lu Jieyuan says, "Cui... don't be afraid... Father's coming to you!", and at 3:55 the Baishan Headband is picked up, a Soul Tempering material whose text ends, "Used to Soul Temper the Baishan Stormsword."
The phases above are the ones shown in official footage, named by their on-screen name bars. Tells, punish windows and health thresholds are added only once the retail fight has been checked; we do not invent them from trailer cuts.
