Who he is
The second fight against the Blackwater Crew's leader, now frenzied, on the island with the Blackwater Crew Dock in Meigu Lake (KeenGamer). It is optional, but the bronze trophy Master of the Misty Waters, "Defeat Blackwater Leader You Loong, Zither Maiden Yan Qiansui, and the One-Eyed Archer", needs this one: PowerPyx's guide says the Pangzhen You Loong does not count, only the lake fight. OfZenAndComputing warns that the Pangzhen rhythm does not carry over. Rewards are the Loong Trident Phantom Edge and the High-Power Pump, the Soul Tempering material for You Loong's Deluge (KeenGamer).
What the footage shows
PowerPyx's capture (Oct 29, 2026) opens on the Meigu Lake map at the Blackwater Crew Dock, 50% complete. The arena is a flooded village yard, waist-deep green water between watchtowers, a gate and stilt houses. The name bar "You Loong, the Frenzied Blackwater Crew Leader" is on screen from 0:10 to about 3:10. At 0:20 a red blast fills the screen; at 1:35 a teal dome spreads from him with red through it; at 2:35 a white flash; and at 3:05 a red burst as he falls. At 3:10 the Loong Trident is picked up, with Guard Break 175: "The signature weapon of You Loong, leader of the Blackwater Crew. Its Loong fang prongs can be thrown over long distances and are equally deadly against enemies lurking beneath the water. Deals increased damage to enemies at full HP." Its notes add that all attacks inflict Wet, "increasing the damage enemies take from Lightning and Frost", with an advantage against fire weapons.
