Who he is
The One-Eyed Archer is an optional boss reached by sailing to the eastern island of Meigu Lake, the One-Eyed Isle Dock (KeenGamer). He is one of the three bosses of the bronze trophy Master of the Misty Waters, with the lake You Loong and Yan Qiansui (PowerPyx). The reward is the One-Eyed Bow, a ranged Phantom Edge.
What the footage shows
PowerPyx's capture (Oct 29, 2026) opens on the Meigu Lake map at 53% completion and on a ruined island village with timber houses and a shallow channel. The name bar "One-Eyed Archer" is on screen from 0:10 to about 3:35. He is a figure in red with a long bow: at 0:15 a blue flash and a spray of sparks, at 1:00 orange sparks as blades clash on a ruined wall. From about 1:35 the whole scene turns red, as if seen through a red veil, with thin red laser lines crossing the ground (1:40), red orbs hanging in the air (1:45) and a red burst (1:50); the haze lasts until the end. At 3:35 the One-Eyed Bow is picked up, Damage 214 and Guard Break 162: "What appears to be a bow is in fact possessed by an unknown entity from the Discordance, allowing it to unleash otherworldly death rays." Its notes: hold to charge while moving and release to fire, increased damage to enemies at full HP, and a Ranged Shot that "can shoot down certain hanging objects at medium to long range, even when not equipped".
