What is on record
The last of the Four Great Puppets and the answer to the tale Triple Threat: the Aberrant Three-Faced Puppet of Weeping Creek Valley, met again as Yucong in the snowed-over Mirrorwood of the Crimson Forest. Three masks, Steel, Frost and Chaos, speak during the fight. Requires the Blazing Edge per the tale objective. Drops Freezing Chaos.
Who she is
Yucong is the fourth of the Four Great Puppets of the gold trophy The Four Freed. PowerPyx's trophy guide calls her optional, across the frozen lake in the Crimson Forest, and tied to the side quest Triple Threat, which can be started early but needs the Mirage Estate and the snowed-over part of the forest for its later steps. KeenGamer's weapons guide gives the order as: complete Triple Threat, obtain the Blazing Edge, then defeat Yucong during the rematch in Mirrorwood. The tale begins with the Aberrant Three-Faced Puppet in a Sha-Chi Rift by the Lady's Rift bell in Weeping Creek Valley, and stays open until the puppet's identity is learned in the last region (ActuGaming); AllThingsHow quotes its objective, "Equip the Soul Tempered Sanguine Reach to face the Twisted Puppet", and her codex, which says the Chaos Puppet from the Rift Estate has taken up residence in Bai Chilian's deserted tree. Beebom lists her among the Crimson Forest bosses with Freezing Chaos as the reward.
What the footage shows
PowerPyx's capture (Oct 30, 2026) opens on the Crimson Forest map at the Threadbound Great Tree, 85% complete, then on the tale screen: Triple Threat, "Three turbulent souls, one shared prison", objective "Learn the Three Faced Puppet's identity to strike it down", filed under Weeping Creek Valley. The forest is under snow beneath a violet sky. From 0:20 three voices speak from one towering, many-faced puppet with a sword on its back: the Frost Mask, "It's him! Why is he here again?!"; the Chaos Mask, a growl; the Frost Mask again, "I'm scared, he's terrifying!"; and the Steel Mask, "Stay out of my way! I'll tear this brat to pieces myself!" The name bar "Yucong, No. 34 Twisted Puppet" is on screen from 0:40 to about 5:40. She fights with a chained blade and ice: at 1:00 a chain whips across the snow, at 1:15 red threads lash out from her, at 2:00 a burst of frost, at 3:35 a teal arc and a purple burst, at 5:20 a red streak. The masks keep talking: the Steel Mask's "Come at us, and you're dead!" (2:50, 4:50, 5:25) and "We have to break free of this damned prison!" (3:15, 5:10), the Frost Mask's "Freeze him! Freeze him!" (3:30, 5:40) and "N-no... don't come near me!" (3:55). After the fight, from about 5:45, a cutscene in purple petals shows the puppet from behind, then Soul stands alone in the snow with ice glowing on the ground.
Attacks
Not on record as named moves. AllThingsHow says her blade, Freezing Chaos, shifts between Steel, Frost and Chaos forms through an art called Threefold Shift, which matches the three masks heard in the footage, but no English guide published by Nov 2, 2026 lists her attacks or counters.
Drops
Freezing Chaos, a main weapon whose lore line AllThingsHow quotes as "An enigmatic blade once wielded by Twisted Puppet No. 34, Yucong." Its item card is on screen at 6:02 in PowerPyx's capture.
The phases above are the ones shown in official footage, named by their on-screen name bars. Tells, punish windows and health thresholds are added only once the retail fight has been checked; we do not invent them from trailer cuts.
