What is on record
The final boss of the Crimson Forest: a string-borne swordswoman who vanishes mid-combo, throws daggers from the air and, in her second phase, spends most of the fight airborne. Drops the White Serpent & Crimson Viper dual swords and the Resonance Talisman.
Who she is
Bai Chilian closes the Crimson Forest chapter, Snake's Reflection. Game8 lists her as a main story boss of the Maskwalkers type, fought on the east side of the region near the Mirrorwood Depths bell; KeenGamer calls her the final fight of the Crimson Forest. The silver trophy "The Shattered Mirror" is "Defeat Bai Chilian, Lady of the Twin Serpents". The twin serpents of her title are her weapons: beating her drops the dual swords White Serpent & Crimson Viper.
Two name bars
PowerPyx's video (Oct 29, 2026) shows the first name bar, "Bai Chilian, Lady of the Twin Serpents", from 0:20, and the second, "Bai Chilian, the Sacrificial Serpent", from about 2:40 to the end at 4:50. The change comes with a cutscene line at 1:00, "Lady of the Veil, take me with you!", and the sky turns from grey-green to pink. The first-phase arena is a meadow of pale blue flowers under a misty cliff; in the second phase she hangs from strings high above it (3:40), with flocks of birds crossing the pink sky.
Phase one
Game8 describes her as a boss who resists stagger and vanishes after two sword slashes. The guide's answer is the Outlaw Warblade: charge the attack while she is gone and release it when she reappears for two hits, then side-step and charge again. Her sideways roll through the air comes with thrown daggers, which the guide says to hold block against; she then teleports behind you for two blockable hits, after which there is a long window to counter. After a longer vanish she may reappear behind you with a Sha-Chi draining attack: dodge as she approaches and expect a three-hit combo ending in a thrust that can be dodged.
Phase two: the Sacrificial Serpent
Per Game8 the second phase opens with five aggressive swings, a five-hit serpent follow-up and a lunge that can be parried; parrying the lunge and blocking the rest can stagger her for a few free hits. She then spends much of the phase in the air. Her spinning airborne attack is five blockable spins ending in a high hit with a red glint that must be dodged, and the guide suggests turning camera lock off so the glints are easier to see. When she gathers wind and leaps, leave the wind circle under her at once and dodge as she lands; the strike after the dive can be Perfect Dodged and punished. In PowerPyx's capture the second phase runs from about 2:40 to 4:50.
Drops
White Serpent & Crimson Viper (dual swords, main weapon) and the Resonance Talisman accessory (KeenGamer, Game8). The dual swords are on the weapons page from the retail equipment menu; KeenGamer and Game8 are the sources for who drops them.
The phases above are the ones shown in official footage, named by their on-screen name bars. Tells, punish windows and health thresholds are added only once the retail fight has been checked; we do not invent them from trailer cuts.
