What is on record
The final boss of the Village of Lu, shown in full in the official boss-fight video S-GAME gave IGN: a slender swordswoman who throws spinning blades, blinks out of reach and drains Sha-Chi with lunges, before her two guardians take the field. Drops the Wild Oriole Sword.
Who she is
Mu Xiaokui, Young Mistress of the Order, is the last boss of the Village of Lu and of the chapter Heartless Remnant. S-GAME chose this fight for its official post-launch boss video, published by IGN on Oct 30, 2026 together with the theme song "Heart Lake" sung by Jane Zhang; IGN's description calls it the Chapter 3 boss. The silver trophy "Will We Meet Again?" is "Defeat Mu Xiaokui, the Young Mistress of the Order". Game8 says her blade is the slender Wild Oriole, and that is what she drops.
Three name bars
The official footage shows the fight in a dusk meadow of dry grass and scattered petals below wooded hills. The first name bar, "Mu Xiaokui, Young Mistress of the Order", is on screen from 1:30; she is a small figure in a pale dress with a thin sword, and at 3:00 she stands inside a column of pale blue light while sparks fly off Soul's parry. From 4:20 the bar reads "Mu Xiaokui, Queen of Iron and Jade": at 4:40 the two cross blades at arm's length in a spray of dust. From 7:10 the name bar is "Iron Fiend, Young Mistress's Guardian" and from 9:50 "Jade Dancer, Young Mistress's Guardian", the latter a figure with a long red-edged blade swinging a wide arc at 9:50. Game8 calls this a secret third phase, a two-on-one against her guardians that only opens if the Young Mistress questline has been completed first.
Attacks and how guides handle them
Game8's notes for the main fight: she opens with two jumps and a pair of spinning sword throws, vanishes, blinks back and fires a projectile that can be dodged; block the slashes, dodge the projectile, and a Perfect Dodge gives a long counter window. After a Sha-Chi draining thrust she may follow with sword flurries and another spinning throw; after a draining lunge, two ranged slashes. The high jump is a draining jump attack followed by a thrust the guide says to Perfect Dodge because it can be lethal. In the second phase a swift dash with a red glint leads into an uninterruptible sequence; Perfect Dodge the dash. Purple rifts open around the arena and holograms step out of them to attack, so keep an eye on the ground.
For the guardians, Game8's advice is positioning: keep Iron Fiend and Jade Dancer both in view so neither hits from off screen.
Drops
The Wild Oriole Sword, picked up at the dock afterwards and missable once you leave the village (KeenGamer); the guardian phase adds the Fiend Saws, Fist Fragment: Core and Puppet No. 44's Eye (KeenGamer, Beebom). Jade Dancer, first seen in the 2024 trailer, has her own page.
The phases above are the ones shown in official footage, named by their on-screen name bars. Tells, punish windows and health thresholds are added only once the retail fight has been checked; we do not invent them from trailer cuts.
