What is on record
A bare-chested brute whose look and epithet match Tie Sha the Frenzy (Chinese: 癫狂暴徒铁杀, "the frenzied brute Tie Sha"). IGN's footage of the near-final build shows this name bar, so the retail game appears to have renamed him; both entries are kept until that is confirmed.
What is known
This name bar appears in IGN's video preview of the near-final build at 0:00 to 0:10 and 5:50 to 5:52. The boss is a bare-chested, heavily built fighter, the same silhouette as Tie Sha the Frenzy from the 2024 demo, and "the Frenzied Brute" is a direct rendering of the Chinese 癫狂暴徒 in Tie Sha's Chinese name. The most likely reading is that the 2024 name was replaced for release, as happened with Huangxing. We keep both entries, cross-linked, until the retail game settles it.
What the footage shows
At 0:00 to 0:10 the fight is in a dark, rocky courtyard; the brute wades in with heavy swings and at 0:08 lands a blow that staggers Soul. At 5:50 to 5:52 a second clip shows him grey-skinned in the same kind of area, with Soul finishing with a blue sweep. The name is shared with the weapon Jagged Steel on our weapons page; the footage does not show whether he drops it.
Not on record
Not on record from any source we can cite: whether he is Tie Sha under a new name, his region, attacks and drop. If the two names turn out to be one boss, the Tie Sha entry will point here. The card image is a frame from official footage of another scene, not of him.
Director Liang Qiwei told 4Gamer on October 6, 2026 that every weapon is obtained by beating a boss, which makes the name match with the Jagged Steel weapon worth watching; the footage does not show a drop, so none is listed.
Official footage shows a single phase. If the retail fight has a second phase, it is added here with its on-screen name bar; tells, punish windows and health thresholds are recorded only from the retail game.
